Native Tracks is proud to present the High Noon Singers from Hobbema, Alberta Canada. High Noon is one of the few powow drum groups keeping the old style of singing from being forgotten. In the late 70's, Native Culture was making a comeback into the United States and Canada. High Noon singers were there to bring the old style of singing to the pow wow circle. This brought back good memories for the elders at that time. To this day, High Noon is holding on to the sounds of that golden age of pow wow music and is bringing that to a contemporary audience. They would like to thank you for your support in keeping the old style of singing alive and staying true to the history of pow wow on the North American plains.
